World Justice Project

The WJP (World Justice Project) had the stated mission of “working to advance the rule of law around the world”. It was founded in America in 2006 as a presidential initiative of the AMERICAN BAR ASSOCIATION (ABA), with support from 21 other strategic partners, including the CLUB OF MADRID, a think tank with numerous former heads of state and other top political figures, such as UN Secretary Generals.

WJP Supporters have included the US Department of State; MICROSOFT (co-founded by Bill Gates) and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. Bill Gates’ father WILLIAM – a lawyer – was one of numerous WJP Honorary Chairs, including:-
ex-US President JIMMY CARTER (TC; Club of Madrid);
Ex-FEDERAL RESERVE chairman PAUL VOLCKER (CFR, TC, Bilderberg). Volcker had numerous connections to the Rockefellers;
Archbishop DESMOND TUTU (Club of Budapest);
MARY ROBINSON (Club of Budapest; Club of Madrid; President of Ireland);
Ex-US Secretary of State JAMES A. BAKER, under his close friend President GEORGE BUSH, Sr.

The WJP’s front man for its’ creation was the former ABA President WILLIAM NEUKOM, the principal legal counsel for Microsoft for almost 25 years. He was also the Chairman of the Gates law firm in Seattle, later part of K&L Gates.
